Welcome to KAPS WAREHOUSE, INC.. By accessing our logistics, transit, or warehousing services in Blackfoot, ID, you're agreeing to the terms laid out below. Don't worry, we've kept the jargon to a minimum where possible.

1. Services Provided

We provide freight transportation, cargo transit, and specialized WAREHOUSES FOR FREIGHT TRANSPORTATION. Our agreement starts the moment your cargo is booked into our system. We aren't just moving boxes; we're moving your business's reputation.

2. Liability and Freight Insurance

What happens if the unexpected occurs? While we maintain a nearly spotless 99.8% transit success rate, liability is limited as per industry standards unless additional cargo insurance is declared. Our liability typically follows the COGSA (Carriage of Goods by Sea Act) or Carmack Amendment limits depending on the mode of transport.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are generated upon pickup and are due within 30 days unless a credit facility has been pre-approved. Late payments may incur a service charge. We believe in fair pricing, and our transparency ensures you'll never see a hidden "convenience fee" on our bills.

4. Cancellation and Redelivery

Things change. We get it. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup may be subject to a dry-run fee. If our drivers can't access the facility at the agreed time, redelivery charges will apply. Efficiency is a two-way street.
